NEO Building One Factory

Located 60km from the capital city Hanoi in Northern Vietnam, this was the first facility to be developed outside of China, back in 2012.

NEO Optical has been a specialist in handmade acetate production for years and is also renowned for its specific expertise in injection molding, combination and metal frames. As of today, NEO’s expansion has allowed for new production in the areas of metal and titanium, therefore adding more techniques to the models in production and offering more options to its large customer base of key international players, chains and brands alike.

With a rapid expansion and development rate, NEO continues to increase its production year after year, making it a crucial element in the process of delivering millions of pieces Made in Vietnam. Plus, NEO aims to encompass all processes in-house with an approved high-tech testing lab and a dedicated Quality Control department.

NEO | Shaping a sustainable future

With two floors and an expanded warehouse, NEO’s new building was designed with sustainability in mind. Incorporating solar panels and natural ventilation to reduce reliance on air conditioning and energy, NEO achieved a zero carbon footprint within its operations through the IREC initiative.

The expanded factory provides more production capabilities in terms of semi-finished handmade and injection, CNC, and bio-injection processes. Soon, NEO will be manufacturing its own acetate block sheets, to upcycle waste and use it for future productions.

With more space to increase production in all areas, including double capacity for metal productions, NEO’s expansion also facilitates a closer relationship with partners, featuring a new showroom, a lounge area, and several meeting rooms.
